1、 Performance and characteristics
This product is a new low molecular weight polymer dispersant developed by our company on the basis of the existing dispersant. It is mainly used for dry superfine grinding of calcium carbonate, porcelain clay and other inorganic pigments. It is suitable for vertical mill, horizontal ball mill, ring roller mill and other dry superfine grinding equipment, especially when the powder fineness is more than 1250 mesh, the effect is more obvious, which can shorten the grinding time and improve the production efficiency In addition, uniform particle size distribution can be obtained so as to achieve ideal dispersion effect. Under the same grinding efficiency, the oil absorption value of the powder decreases obviously.

4、 How to use it
In the process of ultra-fine grinding, this product can be added directly with a metering pump without dilution. The amount of this product is 0.1-0.2% of the absolute dry pigment, and the output can be increased by 20-35%. If the grinding process has special requirements, it can also be added after dilution according to a certain proportion.
