2、 Main features

3、 Application method and process parameters
1. Treatment process: rust removal → neutralization → water washing → phosphating → water washing → wetting agent
2. Prepare the product into 10-20% working solution, add appropriate amount of accelerator per ton, and stir evenly.
3. Process parameters:
Acid ratio: 5 ～ 7, treatment temperature: 75 ～ 90 ℃
TA: 40 ～ 55pt, treatment time: 3 ～ 10min
4. As the concentration changes continuously in the continuous treatment process, it is necessary to measure the concentration of each index regularly to keep each index within the specified process concentration range.
