This product is a new type of polishing agent developed by our company in view of the shortcomings of the existing polishing agents in the market. This product has the advantages of fast polishing speed, good brightness, good corrosion inhibition, etc. it is suitable for finishing of copper and copper alloy workpieces.

1、 Main features

1. The effect is mild, but it is corrosive. It is especially suitable for thin-walled copper parts, and its brightness is comparable to that of traditional tri acid formula.

2. Sodium nitrate can be used to replace nitric acid when preparing treatment solution.

3. In the production process, the amount of nitrogen oxide gas escaping is small, only the plastic fan is needed to exhaust, and the special nitrogen oxide treatment device is not needed, which can not only save the cost, but also reduce the pollution.

4. It is safe to use and low cost.

2、 How to use it

1. Treatment process: degreasing → washing → pickling → polishing → washing → anti discoloration → washing → drying or air drying

2. Polishing agent: 2-4% ratio, treatment temperature 5-45 ℃, treatment time 0.5-1.5min. Add 70ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 5ml of concentrated sulfuric acid to each liter.

3. Anti copper discoloration agent: use according to 10% ratio, pH value is 8.0 ~ 8.5 (adjusted with ammonia), treatment temperature is normal temperature ~ 60 ℃, treatment time is 0.5 ~ 1min.

4. Maintenance of bath solution: after the bath solution reacts with copper or copper alloy, the effective concentration will gradually decrease, and the copper and zinc ions will gradually increase, which will slow down the reaction speed. At the same time, the bath solution will gradually decrease due to the taking out of the workpiece. At this time, it is necessary to remove the excessive copper salt in the tank liquid and replenish the raw materials properly. The method is to cool the solution to below 5 ℃, recover the precipitated copper sulfate crystal, and then add 6-10g / L of this product, 50-100ml / L of sulfuric acid and 30-50kg of sodium nitrate into each ton of supernatant. Hydrochloric acid does not need to be supplemented.

3、 Precautions

1. The grease on the surface of the workpiece must be cleaned before polishing to prevent the workpiece from blooming.

2. When polishing, the parts should be shaken properly to avoid overlapping between products.

3. In order to reduce the loss of bath liquid, the workpiece can stay on the groove surface for 10-15 seconds after it is out of the groove.

4. In order to prevent the discoloration of copper parts, the parts after bright pickling must be passivated.

5. The working fluid is recycled without discharge. If it is necessary to discharge, add alkali to adjust to neutral, and then add 100 water to dilute the discharge.

4、 Packaging, storage and transportation

Packed in 20kg plastic barrel, the storage temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
