1668 inorganic pigment grinding aid dispersant

1668 inorganic pigment grinding aid dispersant

detail

1、 Performance and characteristics

This product is an ammonia salt dispersant developed by our company on the basis of the original dispersant. It is mainly used in the grinding and dispersion process of powder which has influence on metal ions. Its performance is better than that of imported similar products. Adding it in the ultra-fine grinding process can not only improve the grinding efficiency, but also obtain uniform particle size distribution, and more effectively avoid the flocculation and coarsening of pigment particles.

This product has good heat resistance, mutual solubility, efficient wetting dispersion, and non-toxic, non corrosive, no special smell.

2. Determination of solid content: according to GB / T 6284-2006.

3. PH value determination: according to GB / t6368-2008.

4. Specific gravity measurement: measure with a hydrometer.

4、 How to use it

This product is added in the process of wet ultra-fine grinding without dilution. It can be directly added into the pigment to be dispersed and stirred evenly. The amount of this product is generally 0.1-1.0% of the pigment absolute dry weight. When it is added in the process of dry ultra-fine grinding, it can be diluted with water according to the need, and the amount is 0.1-0.2% of the pigment absolute dry weight.

5、 Packaging

1. The dispersant is packed in plastic drum with net weight of 250kg. Other packages can also be used according to the needs of users.

2. The storage temperature is 5 ~ 30 ℃, and the shelf life is 12 months.

3. If the storage temperature of the product is too low, a small amount of crystal will appear at the bottom, which will not affect the dispersion effect after dissolving.
