1. In order to avoid overheating of processing fluid and electric cabinet, the cooling system must be in continuous working state;
2. In order to avoid direct contact with the electrified wire, the protective door of the machine must be closed;
As we have said before, the processor should be familiar with the specific functions of the buttons on the operation panel and the status in use, flexibly use them in the operation process of the machine, and be familiar with the conversion of the screen, especially the functions of several important pictures (such as preparation picture and observation picture), so as to avoid various abnormalities caused by unfamiliar with the operation panel in the process of processing, and In order to prolong the service life of the operation panel, a layer of plastic paper should be attached to the surface of the operation panel for protection.
How much is the heavy oil cleaning agent
As with the operation panel, the processor should also be familiar with the specific use method of the remote control. The key surface of the remote control should be protected by a layer of plastic paper. In addition, the remote control can be operated remotely from the operation panel by using a wire for conduction. Therefore, the protection of the remote controller should also include the protection of the wire. In the process of use, do not pull the wire vigorously to avoid failure of the remote control. The part of the wire row should be circled and placed. After use, it must be put back to the original place and hung.
In addition, we should pay attention to the following points:
1. When the machine tool or the machine head moves, never put your fingers between the machine head and the work object to prevent safety accidents due to wrong command input or wrong direction key pressing;
2. Protection of the processing platform: when processing workpieces, pay attention to whether the clamping method will damage the processing platform. When the machine is in use, the platform should be blown dry. If it is not used for a long time, antirust oil should be applied to protect the machine tool;
3. In the process of workpiece erection, attention should be paid to whether the upper and lower machine heads will be collided during cutting. Special processing technology should be adopted for the processing with small holes, so as to avoid sticking materials and affecting the accuracy of the machine tool due to the failure to take out the waste materials;
4. The clamping of the workpiece should be convenient and stable. When erecting the workpiece, the pressing force should be based on the principle that the workpiece will not be impacted by water, so as to avoid the screw sliding and unable to be removed;
5. In daily work, we often encounter workpieces that cannot be processed by the general method of formwork erection. At this time, we must use special clamping fixture: when the small workpiece -- the pressing plate cannot be erected, we can consider using the angle setter or stone for processing; if the workpiece with high slope cannot be tilted for processing, the sine table or slope cushion block auxiliary inclined processing method should be used In the process of multi-piece processing, it can be considered to use the square angle tool or stone for overlapping processing; during the use of the fixture, it should be ensured that the fixture will not be damaged (for example, it is not feasible to hurt the fixture in cutting for the convenience of formwork erection);
6. Pay special attention to the equipment during processing: whether the voltage of the voltmeter is within the specified standard range;
7. It is not allowed to touch the work object and copper wire directly in the process. Attention should be paid to the phenomenon that the material head is stuck on the machine head when blanking. When the material head is difficult to take out, it is necessary to be careful that the equipment and fingers are not injured;
8. Oxalic acid cleaning solution will be used when cleaning the processed products. When using it, brush should be used to clean the processed products instead of contacting the oxalic acid directly with hands, so as to reduce the corrosion of oxalic acid hands. Do not get oxalic acid into eyes. If there is any oxalic acid, clean it with clean water immediately;
9. Operators of wire cutting machine should wash their hands frequently after processing, especially wash their hands before eating, so as to avoid harmful effects of cutting fluid with more impurities;
10. The main switch must be set at the off position and the signboard should be set (do not turn on the power supply during maintenance) when carrying out various maintenance and inspection inside the power cabinet or on the electrical parts of the machine tool;
11. During maintenance and inspection, the safety instructions must be followed, and the corresponding chapters in the manual must be consulted before any maintenance work;
12. The electronic components can only be touched after the power supply of the control cabinet is cut off;
13. When holding the components, only grasp the handle and do not touch the gold-plated wire of the printed circuit board;
14. Attention should be paid to the timely replacement of vulnerable and consumable parts of the equipment to maintain the accuracy.
